NEW TRAVEL GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS

 

23 May 2022

Executive Order No. 131 Series of 2022

The following new entry requirements in Coron Palawan Effective on May 23, 2022:

 

Please be advised that there are changes to the travel requirements as per guidelines of the Municipality of Coron, Palawan effective tomorrow, Monday, May 23, 2022.

 

EO No. 131 Series of 2022 entitled "AN ORDER SETTING THE NEW TRAVEL GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING CITIZENS, ALLOWED PERSONS OUTSIDE RESIDENCE (APOR), RETURNING OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS (ROF), TOURISTS, AND OTHER INBOUND TRAVELLERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CORON, PALAWAN."

 

Travelers must note that mere presentation of new travel requirements stipulated below will be sufficient for entry upon boarding.

 

***TRAVEL GUIDELINES FOR APORS, RETURNING CITIZENS, TOURISTS FROM NCR PLUS AND FROM OTHER REGIONS OR LGUs OUTSIDE PALAWAN***

 

(12 years old and above)

-Vaccination Card

-Valid ID

-Proof of Bookings to DOT Accredited Accommodation

 

(12 years old and above)

-RT PCR negative test is done at the DOH license laboratory taken 72 hrs prior to boarding/travel

-Valid ID

 

-Proof of Bookings to DOT Accredited Accommodation

(12 years old and above)

-Vaccination Card

-Valid ID

 

(12 years old and above)

-RT PCR negative test is done at the DOH license laboratory taken 72 hrs prior to boarding/travel

-Valid ID

 

 

- If the accompanying legal parents/guardians are vaccinated, COVID-19 tests are NO LONGER REQUIRED

-If the accompanying parents or guardians are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated, a NEGATIVE RT-PCR TESTS done by DOH licensed laboratory is needed, taken 72 hrs prior to travel

 

***INBOUND TRAVELLERS COMING FROM WITHIN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN EXCEPT BUSUANGA, CULION AND LINAPACAN***

 

TOURIST- FULLY VACCINATED

(12 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE)

-Vaccination Card

-Valid ID

-Proof of bookings to DOT Accredited Accommodation Establishments

 

TOURIST-PARTIAL OR UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

(12 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE)

-Negative Rapid Antigen Test Result done at the DOH license laboratory/RHU taken 24 hrs prior to boarding/travel

-Valid ID

-Proof of Bookings to DOT Accredited Hotels

 

APOR/RETURNING CITIZEN/ROF-FULLY VACCINATED

(12 years old and above)

-Vaccination Card

-Valid ID

 

APOR/RETURNING CITIZEN/ROF-PARTIAL/UNVACCINATED

-Negative Rapid Antigen Test Result done at the DOH license laboratory/RHU taken 24 hrs prior to boarding/travel

-Valid ID

 

CHILDREN 5 YEARS OLD TO 11 YEARS OLD TRAVELING TO CORON, PALAWAN

- If the accompanying legal parents/guardians are vaccinated, COVID-19 tests are NO LONGER REQUIRED

-If the accompanying parents or guardians are partially vaccinated or unvaccinated, a NEGATIVE ANTIGEN TESTS done by DOH licensed laboratory/RHU is needed, taken 24 hrs prior to travel

 

CHILDREN 5 YEARS OLD AND BELOW

-No Covid-19 Tests requirements

-Birth Certificate or any documents to prove his/her age

    • TOURIST FULLY VACCINATED

    • TOURIST PARTIAL OR UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

    • APOR/ RETURNING CITIZEN/ ROF-FULLY VACCINATED

    • APOR/ RETURNING CITIZEN/ ROF-PARTIAL/ UNVACCINATED

    • CHILDREN 5 YEARS OLD TO 11 YEARS OLD TRAVELING TO CORON, PALAWAN

Before you travel keep the following handy at all times:

Have a copy of the following:​

  • CONFIRMED BOOKING WITH CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY TO OPERATE HOTELS ISSUED BY DOT

  • VALID ID

  • VACCINATION CARD

Traveling Soon? You Need to Install This Contact-Tracing App

​

All passengers flying to and from any airport in the Philippines must download and register through Traze Contact Tracing, a unified and automated contact tracing app, before proceeding to the airport. This is a requirement of the Philippine Government authorities for ALL international and domestic passengers, whether arriving from or departing from any Philippine airport.

​

Here are the 3 easy steps to download and register on Traze Contact Tracing app:

​

1. Download Traze App from App Store, Google Play, Huawei App Store, Vivo or Oppo Store on their mobile phones.

2. Click on Register and tap on “Individual”

3. Start scanning your Traze QR Code at designated areas in the airport terminal.

​

The use of the app is a directive of the Philippine Department of Transportation to make contact tracing easier, in support of government efforts to protect the public during this pandemic. The Traze app complies with Philippine Republic Act 1017 or the Data Privacy Act.
